On December 18th, with the beautiful weather on our side, the company organized an outdoor development training for all employees of the sales center. The purpose of this training was to create a highly cohesive and high-performance sales team, ignite employees' work passion, and let them experience the importance of "execution, responsibility, confidence, and teamwork" in their actual work. Our destination for this trip was Jinquan Leisure Farm, located on the coast of the East China Sea in Taizhou, Zhejiang. It boasted a favorable geographical location, a unique and elegant environment, and blended natural landscapes with cultural attractions. It was known as a "natural green oxygen bar."
On the day of the activity, everyone arrived on time, filled with excitement and joy. Under the guidance of the coaches, all participants were divided into two teams named "Wolf Pack" and "Hummer Team," each establishing their own team motto, team song, team emblem, and slogans such as "Wolves on the march, not a blade of grass grows" and "Invincible in every battle, unbeatable in every war."
The entire development training lasted for one day, revolving around the theme of "Challenging Oneself, Unifying the Team." Various activities were conducted, including "Trust Falls," "Aerial Escape," "Working Together," and "Overcoming Rescue Walls." During the training, everyone, regardless of age or position, wholeheartedly participated, experiencing the vitality of teamwork, fostering friendships, improving communication, and cultivating a spirit of teamwork. "With the collective strength, one can be invincible in the world; with collective wisdom, one can be fearless in front of sages." Although each task presented considerable difficulty and challenge, through the joint efforts of each team, they demonstrated strong individual qualities and a spirit of teamwork, successfully completing all the development training tasks with excellent collaboration, collective wisdom, and personal perseverance.
Exchange and sharing: Through the "Trust Falls" activity, friendships were elevated through trust, and the importance of breaking down barriers between individuals was fully felt. The significance of integrity, building a platform for mutual trust, establishing confidence, and using actions to improve interpersonal relationships and foster teamwork and empathy were all realized. In "Aerial Escape," everyone overcame psychological fears, challenged themselves, and triumphed over their own limitations. "Working Together" further revealed the importance of teamwork in decision-making, execution, communication, and feedback, elevating concepts such as "team spirit, coordination, and communication skills" in future work. "Overcoming Rescue Walls" allowed participants to experience the strength of team cohesion. Everyone helped each other, courageously overcame obstacles, and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of mutual assistance, unity, and cooperation in the face of difficulties. It provided a great opportunity to build friendships and find effective ways to achieve common success.
Although the one-day development training was short, the participants gained not only personal satisfaction and growth but also learned how to be grateful. They expressed their gratitude, saying, "We should always carry a grateful heart, thanking the company for providing a platform for self-expression, thanking the team for being a strong support, and thanking colleagues for their immense support."
