Infineon's visit to Folinn Electric

On May 10th, a team of experts from Infineon Technologies Limited was invited to our company to provide training for our R&D personnel in the technical department.

Infineon Technologies AG, headquartered in Neubiberg, Germany, provides semiconductor and system solutions in three major technological challenges of modern society: energy efficiency, connectivity, and security. Its main products include lighting ICs and LED drivers, microprocessors/microcontrollers, discrete devices, power modules, and more. Many of our company's products have been using Infineon's IGBT modules for years.
 
During the training session, Infineon's representatives, Mr. DM, Mr. Zhao Zhenbo, and Ms. Ye Qingling, introduced us to the advanced IGBT technology and new products offered by Infineon. They discussed the features, parameter understanding, and level of technology of the new products. They particularly focused on IGBT4, which is an optimized version of IGBT3 designed for small, medium, and high-power applications. The IGBT4 series consists of three versions: IGBT4-T4 for low power, IGBT4-E4 for medium power, and IGBT4-P4 for high power. They also showcased Infineon's latest and most outstanding products, such as EconoPackTM4, EconoPack+D series, 1200V and 1700V PrimePACK product families (copper substrate), IGBT2 Fast+Sic Diode for 100KW high-efficiency converters, and more. The detailed product explanations allowed our designers to gain a deeper understanding of Infineon's IGBT technology. This knowledge will be incorporated into our future design and manufacturing processes, enabling us to deliver higher-quality products. During the presentation, our technical R&D personnel took diligent notes, and the atmosphere was lively with frequent communication. The Infineon expert team also engaged in discussions with our company's technical R&D personnel, exchanging ideas and exploring details related to IGBT and future cooperation opportunities.

In the future, we will continue to collaborate with Infineon Technologies, absorbing their advanced technology and integrating it into our products to enhance product quality and performance. We are committed to ensuring greater customer satisfaction.
